At the foot of that cabinet are tsumtsums of the same people (minus Shrike) arranged in a rough circle with a blanket in the middle of them, which seems to be where they actually sleep.

not that Shrike has much time to examine any of it, because immediately after the click of the door shutting, Silfda approaches from behind to shove her forward onto the mattress and immediately follows to climb onto her back and pin her there with their weight. ]
