[ once it's clear that Hope is at least somewhat comfortable, they start to grow more aggressive, too - the noise they make into the kiss is hungry, and the way they push their body against hers is just short of desperate. ]
[ she makes a needy sigh in the back of her throat, and it's—well, she sort of knew what she was doing, right? she loves them, and the idea of wanting them like this doesn't feel—wrong. the opposite of that, actually.
she traces her fingers down their spine with light pressure to the base of their tail, arching against them. ]
[ there's an uncharacteristically soft gasp from them - they stay still, staring her down. it's uncomfortable as always to be trusted to such a degree, but - well, it's not something they can question. they're not even particularly sure they want to, for once. but still - ]

[ they lean forward against her, nuzzling their cheek against hers. their hands work delicately, like they're working with something they're terrified they might break, as they work her top off. ]
[ her eyes flutter closed for a couple moments, just sort of... breathing, still, and then with a slight reluctance unhooks her hands from around them to pull their jacket off, fingers tracing lightly down the sides of their neck. ]

[ speaking of trust, though, they unconsciously bear their neck a little to her. their hands run down her sides, thumbs rubbing circles as their grip settles on her hips. ]
I'm not so naive to think two monsters will never hurt each other, but—I know you won't do it in a way I find intolerable.
[ she tugs her own shirt the rest of the way off, and takes off her glasses and sets them to the side before just... tucking her face against their neck to kiss the exposed skin, with a very light nip, rolling her hips reflexively against them. ]
Well - you've earned the same from me, and I'm sure that we'll do enough good for each other that the hurt won't even measure up.
[ they gasp at the nip though, their claws digging into her hips. one of their hands slips up, though, to comb their fingers through Hope's hair and cradle her head. at the same time the they slip the hand on her hip into the waistband of her pants and begin fervently pulling them off of her. ]
[ her breath hitches in her throat, slightly, exhaling unevenly against their neck, and—
...she really has to resist the urge to actually bite, so instead she just drags her lips clumsily upwards along the line of their jaw to pull them tight against her into a hard kiss while trying to help squirm out of her pants. ]
[ they whine hungrily into the kiss, pressing against Hope and at the same time using the hand on Hope's head to press her deeper into the kiss. once her pants are mostly worked off they start to get impatient, and immediately abandon that to press their hand flush against her underwear, fingers teasing through the cloth. ]
[ it's—a lot, still, and she bites down on their lower lip in slight startlement at how affecting just that touch is. the cloth already has a slight dampness to it, and once she kicks her pants free, she twines her legs with theirs. ]
