Yeah, if it's less than an hour, you might as well just walk there. Especially with something like the gym. You can take the train in about 20 minutes, but I get my morning run in getting there instead so it takes roughly the same time.

I guess you could say that! I haven't been part of any army for a very long time though, as far as I remember.
